Meeting notes that write themselves.
A notetaker joins your Google Meet calls, captures who said what, and sends round the decisions and action items afterwards.
No card. Your first meetings are on us.
- 1
Connect an account
The notetaker signs in as a Google account you dedicate to it — not your own, so a sign-in challenge never costs you your inbox. You sign in on Google's page; we never see the password.
- 2
Choose which meetings
Every call on the calendar, only the ones you organise, or only titles containing a word you pick. Or add a link by hand when you want one-off coverage.
- 3
Read the notes
Decisions, action items with owners, and open questions — in your inbox after the call, and in Slack if you want them there.
It tells the room it is there
The notetaker posts a message in the meeting chat when it joins, and leaves if anyone asks it to. You can change the wording, not whether it announces itself — plenty of places require everyone on a call to know it is being recorded.
