Pricing
Priced on recorded minutes, not seats. A notetaker that sits in one meeting a week should not cost the same as one in thirty, and charging per person punishes you for inviting the people who need the notes.

What counts as a minute?
Wall-clock time the notetaker was actually in the call, measured from when it joined to when it left — not the length of the calendar booking. A meeting that starts ten minutes late does not bill for the silence.
What happens at the cap?
New meetings are skipped and marked as such, with the reason on the meeting. Nothing already recorded is lost, and it starts again next period. We would rather stop than send a surprise invoice.
Can we cancel?
Any time, from the billing page. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
